The Principal Photographer

Ken moved to Canberra ACT in August 2010 and opened his portrait studio, called “The Stylish Shutter Portrait Studio.” After three years of successful operation it is time to move home to Northern Virginia. We will be leaving Australia for the USA this July. Our new website is www.stylishshutter.com and we will reestablish the portrait studio in Fairfax County Virginia near the Vienna Metro. It has been a pleasure serving you during our last three years and we hope to return sometime soon.

Ken has been passionate about portrait photography for decades.  He began his professional photography career in 2007 specializing in family portraiture and event photography while living in Ecuador.  He also amassed thousands of travel photographs of Ecuador and South America during his three years there.

Ken was the Official Photographer for the Commonwealth of Virginia Racquetball Association in the United States for four years prior to moving to Ecuador.  He has pursued family and travel photography as an amateur since 1969.
